AUTO BIOGRAPHY: CHRIS ENOS JR---Born in West Warwick, RI in 1948.
Attended West Warwick High School and also Rhode Island Junior College.
In 1969 I began a drafting career that lasted for 21 years.
In 1970 I was married to my high school sweetheart.
In 1972 I had my 1st involvement in SALES.
In 1976 I was blessed with twin girls.
My hobby, when my girls were young,was spending time with their activities.
When they became older I found myself still wanting to be around children so I became a West Warwick school bus driver.
My family and I do attend Word Of Life Covenant Church in Cranston.
One thing I can say about Real Estate is it gives me a chance to practice my Christian Faith every day.

1ST--When a seller is interviewing an agent or agents before choosing a listing agent, the seller should not share any personal information such as his/her urgency, motivation or financial situation with the agents being interviewed, because this information will not be protected unless the agent and company are actually hired. An agency relationship of representation is created by a mutual written agreement by the parties. In an agency relationship, the person(s) being represented is referred to as a "client." As a result of this client/agent relationship, the agent owes certain fiduciary obligations to the client. Once the consumer and agent execute an Exclusive Right to Representation agreement, the fiduciary duties owed to the client are: Undivided Loyalty, Lawful Obedience, Reasonable Care and Diligence, Full Disclosure, Confidentiality, and Accounting of Funds.
